Born & Raised in South Africa | Part-time Pilot | Full-time Explorer
Ross Dillon-Player grew up among the rugged waves and the legendary 'South Easter' winds of Cape Town. Although globally renowned as the winner of the Red Bull Megaloop Challenge, Ross brings a unique discipline rarely seen in the kitesurfing world: besides being a pro-kiter, he is also a trained pilot.
This aviation background is the common thread in his coaching. Just as a pilot relies on technical precision, safety protocols, and instruments, Ross teaches you how to control your kite with that same accuracy. For Ross, kitesurfing is not a matter of luck, but of understanding aerodynamics and the forces of nature.
